Team Check-in Times:

  • Thursday, September 14 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 15 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Mandatory Head Cook meeting on Friday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m.

Award Ceremony will be held Saturday, September 16 at 4:30 p.m.

Friday Turn-in Times:

  • Fajita & Rita – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday Turn-in Times:

  • Bloody Mary – 9:00 a.m.
  • Beans – 11:00 a.m.
  • Chicken – 12:0 p.m.
  • Pork Spare Ribs – 1:30 p.m.
  • Brisket – 3:00 p.m.
