  • Pinto Beans: $30 entry fee
  • Bloody Mary: $10 entry fee

Cook-off Schedule

Team Check-in Times:

  • Wednesday, September 9 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 10 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 11 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Chief Cooks meeting on Friday, September 12, at 7:00 p.m.

Awards Ceremony will be held Saturday, September 13 at 4:30 p.m.

Saturday Turn-in Times:

  • Bloody Mary – 9:00 a.m.
  • Beans – 11:30 a.m.
  • Chicken – 12:00 p.m.
  • Pork Ribs – 1:30 p.m.
  • Brisket – 3:00 p.m.

  • 1st Place – $500 + Trophy
  • 2nd  Place – $300 + Trophy
  • 3rd Place – $150 + Trophy

Jackpot Beans: 50% payback

  • $50 per contestant
  • Junior Division: Ages 8-12
  • Senior Division: Ages 13-17
  • Judging based on Presentation, Taste, and Texture
  • CCFA will provide steak and aprons. Contestants must provide charcoal/wood grill, charcoal or wood, utensils, seasonings/rubs, gloves, foil, tables and chairs, and any additional items needed.

10:45 a.m. – Steak and Turn-in Tray Distribution

12:00 p.m. – Lemonade Turn-in

12:30 p.m. – Steack Turn-in
