Thursday, September 10 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, September 11 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Chief Cooks meeting on Friday, September 11, at 7:00 p.m.

Awards Ceremony will be held Saturday, September 12, at 4:30 p.m.

Beans – 11:30 a.m.
Chicken – 12:00 p.m.
Pork Ribs – 1:30 p.m.
Brisket – 3:00 p.m.

$50 per contestant
Junior Division: Ages 8-12
Senior Division: Ages 13-17
Judging based on Presentation, Taste, and Texture
CCFA will provide steak and aprons. Contestants must provide charcoal/wood grill, charcoal or wood, utensils, seasonings/rubs, gloves, foil, tables and chairs, and any additional items needed.

10:45 a.m. – Steak and Turn-in Tray Distribution

12:00 p.m. – Lemonade Turn-in

12:30 p.m. – Steak Turn-in
